KEVIN

KEVIN

I’m Kevin. I’m three. My daddy loves to bike.
Wy mom’s not sure. They’ve toured for a week along
The coast of Maine. My daddy’s very strong.
My mom feels weaker every day. She likes

The sunny days a whole lot more than the rainy
Ones. I think the tent is lots of fun
To sleep in, cuddled up to everyone.
I’m glad my dad is such a good mechanic.

Every morning he straps me into the trailer
Hitched behind his bike, gives me my teddy bear
And blanket and bottle of juice. It’s a little scary,
But I pretend that I’m an ocean sailor

And sailing down the beaches daddy knows,
With lots of toys and raisins and cheerios.
